COVID-19 Secure

What are the hotel measures regarding COVID-19?

At Park Regis Singapore, the health and safety of our valued guests and staff are of utmost importance to us and we wish to assure our customers that we are monitoring the COVID-19 situation closely and following stringent guidelines set by the authorities in all areas of our business.

Are visitors allowed in the rooms?

Yes. However, please note that only registered guest(s) are allowed to stay in the room after 10pm.

Are the swimming pool and gym open?

We are pleased that all facilities are fully open.

How often will the facilities be sanitised?

The facilities will be sanitised every 2 hourly from 6am to 8pm daily, following stringent guidelines set by the authorities.

Are the restaurants opened and any reservations required?

Park Regis Singapore has 2 onsite restaurants, Douraku Sushi and TungLok Seafood, located at Level 1 Lobby. Reservations are highly recommended.

What if I received a Health Risk Notice (HRN) during my stay?

[Updated 22 February 2022]

  • Take an ART self-test within 24 hours. You can continue with normal activities for the day if the test result is negative.
  • Continue to monitor yourself for the next 5 days. Should you be required to leave the room, you must do an ART self-test once per day before leaving.
  • You may only leave the room if the result is negative.

What if I am tested positive for an ART/PCR test during my stay?

[Updated 28 February 2022]

  • Guest should notify the hotel and remain isolated in the room for 72 hours if feeling well
  • Take an ART self-test after 72 hours
    • Negative: you may exit self-isolation and resume normal activities
    • Positive: continue to self-isolate and self-test
  • If you are fully vaccinated, you may end self-isolation after 7 days. Otherwise, kindly remain in your room for 14 days.

The hotel will impose a one-time deep cleaning and sanitisation fee of S$150 at the time of check-out if your COVID-19 Antigen Rapid Test (ART) or Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test result is positive during your stay in the hotel. 

Is the hotel providing buffet breakfast?

We are pleased to advise that International buffet breakfast is available at Level 1 Lobby from 6:30am to 10:30am daily.


What’s the earliest I can check in?

Our standard check-in time is at 3pm (UTC/GMT +8). Should you arrive before 3pm and require a room immediately, we would suggest that you pre-book the room (charges apply) for a seamless check-in experience. Otherwise, our Concierge is happy to hold your luggage until your room is ready.

When is the latest time I can check-out?

Feel free to check-out at any time before 11am local time.

Can I leave my luggage in the hotel prior to check-in or after check-out?

Absolutely! Kindly approach any of our friendly Concierge staff and they will be happy to assist.

Reservation & Cancellations

What is Park Regis Singapore’s Cancellation Policy?

Depending on your booking channel and the package or offer that you booked for, different cancellation policy applies. Please refer to your confirmation letter for more details.

For bookings with cancellation policy of at least 48 hours
Cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date and time. If cancelled or modified within 48 hours of arrival or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged plus tax. Park Regis Singapore reserves the right to cancel reservations with declined credit cards.

For all non-refundable bookings
Full fees will apply if you want to cancel or change your booking for any reason, which includes no shows and early departures. The total price of the reservation will be charged at the time of booking plus tax. Park Regis Singapore reserves the right to cancel reservations with declined credit cards.

Third Party Booking Sites
For bookings made via an online Travel Agents or other Third-Party providers, please contact them directly for all reservations changes and information on their booking policies.

Hotel Amenities / Facilities

Do you have any smoking bedroom?

Park Regis Singapore is a non-smoking hotel. Nevertheless, a designated smoking area is located behind the hotel.

What is the maximum occupants allowed in a standard room?

Our Park Room, Merchant Room and Quay Room categories can accommodate up to two adults and a child below five years old and sharing existing twin/queen sized bed per room. Unfortunately, no extra bed or baby cot will fit into these room categories.

If you are a travelling party of at least three persons, please book our Regis Room which features a King-sized bed with space to add a baby cot (complimentary) or rollover bed (at a fee) if required.

There are no connecting rooms in our hotel.

What scenic views do the hotel have?

For expansive views of Clarke Quay and the swimming pool, opt for either the Merchant Room or Regis Room category. If you enjoy lush greenery and appreciate easy access to the swimming pool, go for Quay Room which features a private patio. If views do not matter to you, Park Room will do just right.

Does the hotel provides free Wi-Fi?

Yes, our guests can enjoy unlimited complimentary Wi-Fi anywhere within the hotel. Option to enhance internet speed to 50mbps (at a fee) is also available if you book your stay directly with the hotel.

Do you have car parking facilities?

Yes, hotel guests can park their vehicle for free (subject to availability) when they stay with us. Kindly approach Concierge for your complimentary parking coupon.

Do you have accessible rooms?

Yes, our hotel is wheelchair friendly and we have accessible rooms to suit this need (subject to availability).

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed with the exception of guide dogs.

Park Regis Singapore is located within three minutes’ walk to Clarke Quay MRT station (NE 5) and five minutes’ walk to Chinatown MRT station (NE 4/DT 9).

How far is the hotel from Changi International Airport?

Changi International Airport is only 20 minutes’ drive by car or taxi. If you need airport transfer, kindly inform the hotel at least 24 hours prior arrival in order for us to make the necessary arrangement at a fee.

How far is the Central Business District (CBD)?

CBD is located within 10 minutes’ walking distance from the hotel.

What are the food options around the hotel?
