Any cancellation or changes to bookings must be made at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date and time (except for New Year’s Eve and Singapore Grand Prix – F1 period). If bookings are cancelled or modified within 48 hours of arrival (except for New Year’s Eve and Singapore Grand Prix – F1 period) or in the event of no-show, the first night will be charged plus tax.

The hotel is undergoing a revitalisation program from mid-January 2024 until August 2024. The refresh will only occur between 9.30am until 6pm, daily. There will be minimal disturbance to guests during these hours with no disruption to hotel amenities and services.
