Hotel Safe Measures

As part of the hotel’s commitment to provide a safe and comfortable atmosphere for our valued guests, we would like to inform that the following safe measures are in place:

Disinfect2-hourly disinfection and sanitisation of all public areas with focus on high frequency touch points

Flexible Booking Policy

In challenging times like these, we understand that travelling plans have been disrupted and we want to help by extending flexibility in our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy – bookings from brand website

All bookings prior to 30 June 2022 may be modified to a later date without any modification fees (subject to availability and applicable rates & conditions). If the hotel is unable to accommodate stays on the requested date, guests may cancel their reservations without penalty and receive a full refund.

Cancel up to 24 hours before your stay date or reschedule without penalty. Your credit card will be kept on file to guarantee your reservation. Cancellation or changes made after the 24 hours will be subject to the first night room charge.

No Show Policy – bookings from brand website

In the event of no-show on arrival day or for any cancellation or amendment less than 24 hours prior to arrival, a minimum of one night room charge (inclusive of applicable taxes & fees) will be applicable.

Cancellation/No Show Policy – 3rd party websites

For guests that have booked via an online Travel Agent or other Third-Party are advised to contact them directly for all reservation changes and information on their booking policies.

As part of our commitment to getting our members back into our hotels, we have made further updates concerning your status extension and points expiry period, all aimed to provide our members with additional time to plan and book their travel in the months ahead helping to reconnect family and friends.

Status Extension: We are extending your current status until 30 June 2022 so you can continue to enjoy your benefits now and well into the new year.

Point Extension: Enjoy peace of mind with more time to redeem your points, point expiration will be paused until 30 June 2022, at that time your points will only expire if your account has been inactive for at least 24 months.

Although you may not be travelling right now, our flexible program means you can continue to transfer your points to one of our 40+ redemptions partners. You can view all our partners and transfer points here.
